The Ararat Association was founded in 1983 as a non-profit corporation whose major goal was to raise money for Armenian organizations and charities.  The Rhode Island Ararat Open Golf Tournament is our sole fundraiser and has generated over $500,000 in donations over the past thirty-three years.  Again, we look forward to making this year’s 34th Annual Tournament the most financially successful to date.  To maximize this year’s proceeds, our association has developed a special proprietary “Sponsorship Program”.

     This new program will enable supporters to be acknowledged as part of a select group of individuals who will be the major benefactors for this year’s tournament.  These special tax-deductible sponsorships are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.  There will be on-site acknowledgement of major benefactors, and all will be listed in a special section within this year’s tournament program.

 

     On behalf of the Ararat Association, we wish to thank the many individuals and Armenian organizations for their continued support in helping to sponsor our annual golf outing.  It is because of your personal participation and financial support that we have been able to consistently increase our annual contributions to various Rhode Island Armenian charities.
